“Quiet in summertime..next time we will ask for a room in the back to avoid pool noise however. Good restaurants in area (a few)- amazed that people left trash near the pool area- and wasn't picked up in the morning.”

“Friendly staff, clean property a bit noisy, if you get the side toward the freeway, but workable. The room was spacious (King bed) and the property well taken care.”

“We had requested early check in, but this was not acknowledged and we had to wait an hour in order for our rooms to be available. The accomodations were standard, but the area was extremely safe with several restaurants within walking distance. The parking and hotel property were very well maintained with excellent lighting. Definitely a keeper on our list!”

“The staff is excellent - friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is a very short drive or bike ride to downtown Truckee/ They also have a few bikes you can borrow for a leisurely ride along a bike trail not too far from the hotel.”

“We were in the area for an event and the hotel was in a very convenient location. The property is an older, modest hotel but the rooms are updated and our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was the friendliest, most welcoming hotel staff ever! We were pleased overall with our stay and would stay here again.”

“Property was clean and convenient to many different food options. Staff was nice and helpful . I don't usually stay in motels because they are often dirty and seem like they charge by the hour. But this was probably the cleanest motel I have ever stayed in and surprisingly very quiet for a holiday weekend. ”
